Software Engineer
We’re scaling our tech and need a developer who actually enjoys building clean, practical systems. You’ll work on CivCost and other ConInnova platforms, building features that help contractors run smarter, faster, and with fewer headaches.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain features for CivCost and internal systems
• Write clean, scalable, well-structured code
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams
• Work on integrations, APIs, and data-driven functionality
• Optimise performance and squash bugs fast
• Assist with technical documentation
• Contribute to UI improvements and user experience
• Support deployments and version updates
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in modern web technologies like React, Node.js, or .NET
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud basics
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is a plus
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• Ability to collaborate and work in sprints
• Degree/diploma in software engineering, IT, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills
